I am dedicated to ensuring that your hand-crafted scallop shells reach you in pristine condition and in a timely manner. Once you place an order, I personally oversee its processing and aim to dispatch it within 48 hours using a reliable courier service. Deliveries within the UK usually take between 3-5 working days, while international orders might require 7-14 working days. Rest assured, I'll provide you with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way, so you can monitor its progress.

Returns:
Your satisfaction means everything to me. I have lots of happy customers all over the world! I have never had a scallop shell returned but rest assured that if you're not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, I'm here to help. You can return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving them, as long as they remain in their original, unused condition and retain all original packaging.

To start the return process, simply reach out to me with your order details and the reason for the return. Once I approve your return request, I'll guide you on how to proceed. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), I aim to process your refund within 7 days, crediting the amount back to your original payment method.

Please note: Since custom and bespoke orders are tailored specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
